Thank you for your trust and support in choosing our product. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed in ensuring the best experience with your purchase. This form is for warranty registration and must be submitted within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of purchase. Any submission after this period will not be accepted for warranty claims.

MZM mattresses warranty are covered under the following terms.

Warranty Period

Foam & Reinforced Foam Mattress: 6 years warranty
Spring System Mattress: 12 years warranty

This warranty is only valid under the following conditions:

Indentation Claim:

Warranty covers any sinking exceeding 2 inches (5cm) due to manufacturing defects.

Fabric & Stitching:

The warranty applies only to defects arising from the manufacturing process. Fabric damage, discoloration, or stitching issues are not covered.

Transportation Fees:

Any transport or handling fees incurred during warranty claims are not covered and must be borne by the customer.

Warranty Activation:

Customers must scan the QR code and complete the warranty registration within 14 days of purchase to activate coverage. Failure to register will void the warranty eligibility.

To initiate a warranty claim:

If purchased through a retailer or store, please contact the store directly to report the issue. The store will assist in coordinating the claim process with MZM.
Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice)
Submit photos and measurements of the defect, especially if the mattress shows sinking exceeding 2 inches (5cm).
Ensure the mattress is clean and accessible for inspection.
